Women's Sexuality and Judaism Workshop
Moishe House Philly (RSVP for Center City address)
Sorry guys, this workshop is for women only...
Jewish Sex? An anomaly? A paradox? Or, a vital reality. Jewish law has a range of rules about when to sleep with someone, how to sleep with someone, how not to sleep with someone, and more. These laws protect a woman’s right to pleasure in bed and work in response to cultivating a sexual appetite grounded in divinity.
This workshop, led by Merissa Nathan Gerson, explores how Judaism and ancient sexual law might change our modern bedroom behavior. From sex with kavanah (intention) to never sleeping with anyone while drunk, Jewish law reveals secrets to sprucing up just about every bedroom. For the secular, the religious, the questioning or the curious, everyone is guaranteed to exit liking sex just a little bit more.
